Reasonability of physical punishment

There was one private yacht school which institutionalizes deliquent young boys who are out of control.The accident occurred there putting some of them to death by hard decipline of that sailing practice.The schoolmaster completed his jail term and released recently.What he commented to the media,however, was he did nothing wrong at all.

The opinion may be divided whether such training is needed or not,but it's obvious that too hard decipline that carry so far as to kill trainees is not good.However,when we look at the society where judicial rule is so lenient that we see many second conviction,such facility with more modest train material must be neccessary to reform young such people.
